10 euro – 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the USA - Jordi Farragut

To mark the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America, a series of collector coins is being issued. Under this theme, and reflected in the coin designs, the Spanish contribution to the success of the war in favour of the Thirteen American Colonies is highlighted. On the obverse of this coin, within a decorative base adorned with two arms, there is a portrait of Jordi Farragut. On the reverse of the seventh coin there is an image of the port of Mahón in the 17th century.
