10 euro – 5th Anniversary of the Euro – Union

The obverse of this coin (common to all three coins with the 10-Euro face value) reproduces in its central area the obverse and the reverse of a 1-peseta coin from 2001, this being the last release made in the peseta denominations. On the reverse of this first coin is a depiction of a bridge, wishing to symbolize the union between the European countries.
