7.5 euro – 150th anniversary of Caixa Geral de Depósitos

Founded in 1876, Caixa Geral de Depósitos is a central institution in Portugal’s economic and social history, renowned for its trustworthiness, stability, and public service mission. To mark its 150th anniversary, a commemorative coin has been issued, designed by Hugo Maciel, incorporating national symbols and the Caixa logo, celebrating its legacy and Portuguese identity.
