Her Royal Highness the Princess of Asturias has completed her military training in 2026, having served in all three academies of the armed forces over the past few years. The Royal Mint is commemorating the end of this training period with this new €60 coin. Consequently, both sides of this year’s silver coin feature her time at the General Air and Space Academy (AGA) in San Javier (Murcia) as the main theme, as part of her training programme in the Air Force. This marks the conclusion of her three-year military training, necessary for her to one day become Captain General of the Armed Forces.
