The reverse the mirror field of the disc bears relief images of the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin in Red Square in Moscow and Tiananmen Gate in Tiananmen Square in Beijing, between and below the images there is a five-line inscription ‘70 ЛЕТ ДИПЛОМАТИЧЕСКИМ ОТНОШЕНИЯМ РОССИЯ–КНР’ (70 YEARS OF RUSSIA–PRC RELATIONS).
