19 June 2014 was a date of historic importance: the Proclamation of H.M. Felipe VI as King of Spain. In 2024, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of this important event, The Royal Spanish Mint is dedicating a coin collection to the Spanish Royal Family. The obverse shows an image of Their Majesties King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, together with their daughters Princess Leonor of Asturias and Infanta Sofia, with the Spanish flag in the background. The reverse side shows the images of the main facades of the Palace of the Congress of Deputies, the Royal Palace of Madrid and the legend X ANNIVERSARY OF THE PROCLAMATION.
