50 litas – 450th Anniversary of the first Lithuanian book

The obverse of the coin features the Coat of Arms of the Republic of Lithuania. The inscription LIETUVA (Lithuania) is on the left, 50 LITŲ (50 litas) on the right and 1997 at the bottom. The reverse of the coin displays the cover page of the first Lithuanian book. The inscription LIETUVIŠKAI KNYGAI 450 (450th anniversary of the Lithuanian book) is displayed on the sides.
